Confirmo is a global stablecoin-first payment platform trusted by market leaders. Originally founded in Prague in 2014, we now run one of the most established infrastructures in the industry. We're a 60-person global team expanding across key markets and we're looking for a driven BDR to join our Prague office and help fuel our next stage of growth. This is not a passive lead-handling role. You'll be on the front lines of Confirmo's outbound motion - identifying, engaging, and qualifying the prospects that become our next customers. For the right person, this is a launchpad into a closing role within our sales organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound prospecting - identify and engage potential customers across key verticals through cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone. You build pipeline from scratch, not from inbound queues.

  • Qualify and convert leads - run discovery conversations to assess fit, understand buyer pain, and hand off well-qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team.

  • Own your activity metrics - manage outreach sequences, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene with consistency and discipline. You know your numbers and you hit them.

  • Leverage the tech stack -use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to research prospects, personalise outreach, and track pipeline activity efficiently.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing - share market feedback and insights to help sharpen messaging, targeting, and go-to-market execution.

  • Build toward a closing role - this position is designed for someone with ambition. Strong performers will have a clear path to AE and full-cycle closing responsibilities.

Your Profile:

  • 1–3 years of BDR or SDR experience- hands-on outbound prospecting and lead qualification in a SaaS, Payments, or FinTech environment.

  • Familiarity with the tools - comfortable working with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) as part of your daily workflow.

  • Strong communicator - clear, confident, and compelling in both written and verbal communication; you know how to open doors and earn attention.

  • Hunter mentality - self-motivated and comfortable generating pipeline through outbound activity rather than waiting for leads to come to you.

  • Ambitious and growth oriented - you're not looking to stay a BDR forever. You want to learn the craft, hit your targets, and earn your way into a closing role.
